How To Make The Test Pilot
Build in a mixing glass or blender with crushed ice, and blend for 5 seconds (or give it a good shake). Dump (do not strain) into a double old fashioned glass and stack with ice, and a cherry. For absinthe, we suggest a dash that's "6 drops" (from a dropper or 2 sprays from an atomizer)
