How To Make The East India Gimlet
Add ice and water to a coupe glass to chill and set aside. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake aggressively for 15 seconds. Dump water/ice from coupe and pour contents from your shaker into the coupe glass.
Garnish with a sprig of dill and serve.
