Boars Tooth - We found absolutely no reference to where this cocktail could have come from but we guess someone was playing with the concept of the pina colada and mai tai when working on this design.

How To Make The Boars Tooth
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake aggressively for 15 seconds and dump contents of shaker into your glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and maraschino cherry.
