Zombie (1934) - Designed by Don The Beachcomber circa 1934. This was found by Jeff Berry in one of Don's waiters notebooks from 1937 by the name of Dick Santiago says Jeff Berry in REMIXED. The recipe was marked "old."

4.5

Lemon Hart 151
2.25

How To Make The Zombie (1934)
Add all ingredients into a tin with crushed ice and pulse / blend for 5 seconds (we prefer the
Hamilton Beach 730C Classic DrinkMaster Drink Mixer). Dump contents into a hi ball / collins glass and garnish with a mint sprig (and anything else you want)
This drink calls for roughly six ounces of crushed ice, but use your best judgement. More ice will dilute the drink down a bit, but that's a good thing for a zombie!

Tasting Notes
Potent explosion of rum, grapefruit, spices, molasses and muted dry anise finish.
