How To Make The Rouge 75
In a cocktail shaker tin/glass, muddle one orange twist, raspberries and simple syrup. After muddling add gin and ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and top with champagne. Garnish with remaining lemon twist.
