How To Make The Gin Gin Mule
Muddle simple syrup, lime juice, and 8 mint leaves in the bottom of your shaker tin. Add gin and top with ice, then shake for 15 seconds. Double strain (with tea strainer to remove any mint) over fresh ice in a tall glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a fresh new mint sprig. Server with a straw.
