Gin Fizz - The original Gin Fizz recipe was published in 1862 by Jerry Thomas, The Bartender’s Guide: How To Mix Drinks. Similar to that of a Gin Fix but with less ice and more fizz (carbonation).

How To Make The Gin Fizz
Dry shake all ingredients except club soda (without ice) for 15 seconds, add ice and shake again for 10 seconds; strain over ice into a lowball glass. Top with Club Soda. Serve immediately.
