Division Bell - Perhaps inspired by Pink Floyd, this came across our desk and after trying it, we realized...this is a great cocktail with Mezcal and Aperol.
How To Make The Division Bell
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and serve. Garnish with a grapefruit twist if you have one available.
