Add ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled lowball glass or 8 oz coupe glass and serve. When working with egg whites, use the dry shake method (shake all ingredients without ice aggressively for 20-seconds then add ice and shake for 15 seconds).
