Vodka Collins - The Vodka Collins is a variation of the earlier Tom Collins by simply removing Old Tom Gin and replacing it with vodka. Difford’s Guide suggests that Vodka Collins cocktails were being served in 1933 after the repeal of prohibition.
How To Make The Vodka Collins
Build over ice in a tall glass and top with soda water and gently stir; garnish with a lemon slice and cherry, serve. Vodka is a rather flavorless core spirit so consider club soda over seltzer water in this drink to give this cocktail a bit of added nuance.
