Sloe Gin Fizz - The "fizz" has existed since 1887 when Jerry Thomas penned his fizz recipes; one can technically turn anything into a fizz, even sloe berry gin, so here you go...a recipe dating to the 1880's with a spirit that matches it in age.

How To Make The Sloe Gin Fizz
Add all but club soda into your cocktail shaker. Because we're using egg white, dry shake (with no ice) the cocktail aggressively for 20 seconds. Add ice cubes and shake for an additional 15 seconds and strain into your tall glass and top with 2 oz - 3 oz Club Soda.
Optionally pour over ice if you want a slightly colder beverage.
