Paloma

Paloma - Said to be designed by Don Javier Delgado Corona, owner of the beloved La Capilla bar in Jalisco. Credited with the Batanga cocktail as well. Often made with Jarritos or Q Grapefruit; if not, use Fresca or Squirt.
How To Make The Paloma
Rim a highball with salt and add ice. Follow through with tequila, lime juice and top with your grapefruit soda. Some grapefruit soda may make your Paloma pink, others a tint of yellow.
More advanced / tequila lovers may reduce the grapefruit soda ratio to 4 ounces (120ml) to bring out more tequila notes.
