How To Make The Kentucky Chocolate
Add all all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 20 seconds aggressively. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 15 seconds and strain over ice into an old fashioned glass.
Optionally garnish with a lemon wheel.
Works fantastic with a higher proof bourbon, we typically build with Elijah Craig Bourbon.
