How To Make The Gin Campari Sour
Combined all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with egg white and dry shake aggressively for 30 seconds (no ice). Once complete, add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again for 15 seconds.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with citrus (either an orange wheel or lemon wheel).
