Fog Cutter - This WWI-era cocktail is what most would consider the Long Island Iced Tea of Tiki as designed by Trader Vic. Vic said this drink doesn't cut the fog as much as it creates one.

Cream Sherry
How To Make The Fog Cutter
Add all ingredients but the Sherry into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Dump contents of shaker into a fog cutter glass (or tall highball) and float sherry on top. Garnish, straw, and serve.
