How To Make The Bijou Cocktail

Add ice to your Nick and Nora glass (our coupe/martini) with water and set aside. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir for around two minutes. Dump cold water out of your glass and strain cocktail into your now chilled vessel.

Garnish with an olive or real maraschino cherry and serve.

Note: We have chose Harry Johnson's original recipe over Dale Degroffs re-balance because of the stronger chartreuse flavor profile without the lighter "watered down" feel of the additional gin.
